Who we are
This website is operated by Datawise LLP, 167/30 Moo 7, T. Sanpuloei, A. Doisaket, Chiang Mai 50220, Thailand (“Datawise”, “we”). As data controller, we are responsible for the personal data described below, in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).

What we collect, why, and on what basis
Contact form. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject and message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if it leads to work, to correspond with you about it. We do this because it is necessary to respond to your request and to take the steps you ask for before any contract (Section 24(3) PDPA). The website sends you an automatic confirmation by email and keeps a log of the emails it has sent for 14 days, after which the log is deleted automatically.
Email. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and use it in the same way and on the same basis.
Technical data. Like any website, our web server records technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Our security software uses this to detect and block attacks. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website and your data secure (Section 24(5) PDPA). These records are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify or profile visitors.
What we don’t do
We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and our pages don’t load anything from third-party services. We don’t keep mailing lists or send newsletters, and we never sell, rent or trade personal data. We don’t make automated decisions about you.
Who processes data for us
We use a small number of service providers: our web hosting provider (a Thai company), and Microsoft 365 for email. They act as data processors, only on our instructions. Some of them may store data outside Thailand. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the PDPA requires for such transfers, such as the provider’s contractual commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence only as long as it is needed for your enquiry or the work that follows from it, and for any period the law requires. After that, we delete it.
Your rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to access your personal data and obtain a copy, to receive it in a commonly used format or have it sent to someone else, to object to its processing, to have it deleted, to restrict its use, to have it corrected, and to withdraw any consent you have given. Write to privacy@datawise.co.th; we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to our systems is restricted, and our software is kept up to date.
Changes
We may update this statement from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
